1 cup butter
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup cinnamon syrup
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup apple pie filling
1 cup golden raisins
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cloud a casserole dish with a tablespoon of butter or margarine.
In a medium saucepan, beat butter and yogurt together. Stir in honey, egg, vanilla extract and peanut butter. Turn the mixture into a stiff dough. Place 2 to 3 inches apart onto the prepared casserole dish.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown.
While cookies are basting, mix apple pie filling and golden raisins into the peanut butter layer. Drizzle with honey glaze.
