1/2 cup vodka
1 cup lemon-lime flavored Jell-O
1 cup white sugar
1 cup boiling water
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups milk
In a saucepan, mix vodka, lemon-lime flavored gelatin, white sugar, boiling water, eggs, lemon zest and lemon juice. Pour mixture over the bottom of a medium chocolate pudding pan. Chill two hours, and brush the top with melted butter.
