1 (4 pound) whole chicken, cut into 2 in., 3-inch pieces
1 onion, thinly sliced
4 green bell peppers, cut into thin strips
4 celery, cut into bow strips
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup dry milk
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Fresh Cut Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
In a casserole dish combine onion, celery, beef, onion, milk, cream cheese, and basil. Mix together and pour over casserole mixture. Cover and bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 2 1/2 hours.
