1 cup milk
1 cup orange juice
1 cup orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons orange zest
1 tablespoon orange zest concentrate
1 cup orange-peach flavored carbonated beverage
In a small saucepan, combine milk, orange juice concentrate and orange zest. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour in orange zest and orange zest concentrate. Pour into glass jar with plastic lid.
Allow to cool. Refrigerate 1 hour; chill before serving. Serve over ice cream.
