1 cup lemon juice
1 cup lemon-orange juice
4 tablespoons lemon zest
2 teaspoons grenadine syrup
1 cup vodka
2 (6 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 (6 ounce) can schnapps, liqueur
10 pinches orange liqueur
In a blender blend, combine lemon juice, lemon orange juice, lemon zest, grenadine syrup, and lime liqueur. Blend until smooth. Pour into a 1 quart (5 ounce) canning jar and seal.
Pour into 2 pint glasses with ice. Garnish with an orange slice.
