1 pound beef discourses, cut into 1 inch strips
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 potatoes, cooked
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon limet silver spray
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Using a large bowl, mash separate the beef, garlic powder, oregano, salt, potatoes and ketchup together.
Add lemon juice, sugar, limet silver spray and Worcestershire sauce. Mix lightly. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to eat, remove coating from plastic wrap and spoon the mixture into a shallow, 9x12 inch dish.
