Easy Potato Soup III Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound carrots

4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 white onion, sliced into thin strips

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons dried parsley

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon allspice

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1 pinch dried rosemary

1 pinch dried savory

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

2 teaspoons paprika

1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 small onion, sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Place carrots, potatoes, onion, salt, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, allspice, cinnamon, basil, rosemary, savory, rosemary, savory, basil, paprika, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil and 1 1 teaspoon rosemary on a silver florisher or glass baking pan. Sprinkle with allspice, rosemary, savory, basil, paprika, and Dijon mustard.

Bake for 12 to 14 minutes in the preheated oven.
