1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 pound extra-lean ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup pepperjack cheese, diced
1 (2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the Cheddar cheese, beef, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, salt, pepperjack cheese and mushrooms. Shape mixture into a ball shape. Discard the remaining ingredients.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with olive oil. Serve hot or cold.
