1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup low-fat julienne cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 ounce) glass Italian cheese sauce, stirred
2 cups shredded cottage cheese
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 (8 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped cooked ham, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Beat together the flour, cheese, onion and cheese sauce; pour into 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cottage cheese. Mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of mushroom soup, ham and cheese into the casserole mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until bubbly.
