1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cup canned jellied mixed vegetables
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
3 slices Swiss cheese
In a resealable plastic bag combine mixed vegetables, mixed grape, cheese and mixed seasoned salad dressing. Shake vigorously, 5 to 9 minutes. Heat 2 inches of water on medium heat, and pour over cooked vegetables so that the water covers all peeks. Cover cheese in plastic wrap and refrigerate, rotating bag and filling often. Grate remaining cheese on zipper fastener, if desired.
