1 (18 ounce) package strawberry zucchini muffins
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups powered sweetened condensed milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons margarine, melted
1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
Sift together sugar, egg and vanilla into a small bowl. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda; beat until smooth. Add milk, stirring constantly. Stir in sugar mixture, margarine and raisins. Pour batter into prepared paper liners.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove muffins from oven and leave warm on wire rack. When cool, top muffins with frosting mixture.
