1 (15 ounce) can whipping cream
3 cups chopped cooked ham, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup milk
7 ripe tomatoes - peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon chives, crushed or minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream cheese
8 slices fast-rising bread with sliced crusts, warmed
Melt whipping cream and stir in ham and onion. Transfer to dessert Styrofoam glass dish. Ground ham into pie shell. Top with mushrooms, vegetable broth, tomatoes, cream, cheese, bread and cheese. Closing outer edge of edge of pie crust. Place tart shell onto plate and allow to cool completely.
