1/2 cup olive oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup red wine
1 tablespoon grape juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place spaghetti in a large bowl. Add olive oil, egg, vinegar, Italian-style seasoning, and brown sugar; mix thoroughly. Pour mixture over spaghetti.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until spaghetti is tender. Increase heat to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C) and continue cooking until al dente; reduce heat to medium.
Heat red wine in 10 fraction bottle of French oak or Dutch oven. Pour into the spaghetti mixture; allow sauce to heat and stir.
Remove the foil from the bottoms of the spaghetti. Spoon tomato sauce into filled spaghetti shells. Sprinkle with fruit. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, remove from oven, sprinkle with salt as desired.
