1/4 cup beef bouillon granules
1/4 pound brisket; cut into 1 inch cubes
6 cubes beef bouillon
6 cubes beef bouillon granules
1 onion, sliced into 1/2 inch strips
1 1/2 cups low fat sour cream
1 pound scallops, drained
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
In a large bowl, mix bouillon, beef bouillon, bouillon granules, beef broth, mushrooms, onion and celery.
