1 cup lite processed food manufacturers' Dough
1 pound Belgian cream cheese
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 egg
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, enlarged
1 cup milk
In a large bowl, cream cheese, white sugar, egg and vanilla extract are beaten together together until smooth. Pour mixture into quickly greased 9-in. round baking dish.
Bake in preheated 375—400 degrees F (190 degrees C) oven for 20 hours.
For the cream cheese frosting: Beat whipping cream with 2 tablespoons sugar, adding gradually as needed to achieve that consistency. If desired, use a mixer to whip cream at medium speeds until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to over to much. Gently fold over buns of dough.
