10 fresh citrus fruit -stem variety, juiced, divided
1 1/4 cups margarine, softened to 1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons orange zest
2 limes, juiced
7 dried figs -de>half whole, peeled and skinned
4 green onions, grated
salt to taste
1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar for coating
