1 (2 ounce) package pink lemonade
1 (11.5 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (6 ounce) can brandy-flavored carbonated beverage
Fill a double boiler with water to reach halfway up sides of bottles. Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan and cover. Let stand for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Warm lemonade in microwave in microwave section of microwave oven. Stir lemonade and pineapple over medium heat, stirring until pineapple is completely heated.
Add orange juice concentrate, lemonade, brandy and carbonated beverage. Cover and microwave for 10 minutes.
Let cool, and pour into glasses. Top each glass with grape twist and heart shaped fruit.
