1 (11 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1 (8 ounce) package quick cooking oats
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, orange flavored gelatin, eggs, oil, and butter until smooth. Mix in vanilla and orange juice. Roll cookie dough into 1 inch balls. Discard stale dough.
Place cookies in baking sheet or greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Cool on baking sheet in pan; cool completely. Serve warm.
