1 (19 ounce) can sliced pineapple
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
2 (3 ounce) cans vanilla flavored Jell-O
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a large bowl, mix sliced pineapple, strawberry gelatin, vanilla gelatin, pineapple and milk. Shape into an ice cream shape, or roll into a small pineapple shape and roll in crushed pineapple. Place over a large serving glass. If desired, top with whipped topping.
