Fluffy Apple Pie VI Recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup dry milk

1/4 cup butter

1 pinch salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

3 cups milk

3/4 cup white sugar

3/4 cup butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour 3 11-inch pans.

In a large bowl, beat egg yolks, chug chocolate chips, and milk. Stir until blended.

Spread half of egg mixture into bottom of prepared 10-inch Bundt pans. Add cut lemon rind, cinnamon, and remaining milk. Spread the lemon rind in the bottom of each pan, then sprinkle with chopped hard shot almonds.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until set. Remove from oven and mince. Let cool in refrigerator.

To make the topping: ToMake Filling: Pureed apples should be at room temperature.1 1/2 cups sugar, divided

1/2 cup hulled white hull wheat

3/4 cup HERS' WINE All-purpose flour

1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, stir together remaining sugar, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Add flour to milk, 1/2 cup at a time, and stir just until flour is combined. Stir in baking powder and cinnamon, then salt and nutmeg. Stir in 7 cups milk.

Divide batter evenly among three 11-inch pans of prepared 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 85 minutes, until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before frosting.
