1 1/2 cups dry red wine
3/4 cup olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
4 ounces extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 medium drumstick, chopped
In a large bowl, combine red wine, olive oil, onion, cheese, drumstick and celery sauce. Mix together and spread on your favorite meat salad or pasta dish. Refrigerate immediately or wrap in plastic tube wrap at least 2 hours before serving.
