4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 pint vanilla flavored jell-O mix
3 tablespoons lemon juice
In a medium bowl, mix the lemon juice and lemon zest. Pour mixture into the closed shell of each wrapped filet, inserting the rubber spatula to allow liquid to flow through pores once. Serve immediately.
