1 cup chopped celery

In a medium bowl, mix celery, onion, sweet potatoes, and potatoes. Place celery mixture in a large resealable plastic baggie. Seal baggie or seal any creamer in large bowl to prevent sticking. Pour in mushrooms sauce and sour cream.
Fill plastic baggie with green peas, celery mixture, mushrooms sauce, and lemon juice. Seal baggie or seal any creamer in large bowl to prevent sticking.
