1 (3 pound) whole chicken, cut into trim strips
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup margarine, melted
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 (.5 ounce) squares frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 eggs
Clean your chicken very well. Pour cream cheese mixture onto the bottom of a large sheet of aluminum foil. Cover the foil with the top sheet of aluminum foil.
Place chicken on foil. Sprinkle cream cheese mixture over it. Place a small portion of whipped cream squares over the foil. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over chicken.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
While the chicken is sitting, beat cream cheese mixture in a medium bowl until smooth. Beat in margarine, with egg, until well blended.
Transfer chicken to a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Spread with remaining cream cheese mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
