1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chicken broth
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Preheat grill or broiler.
Blend the butter, flour, baking powder and salt into a small bowl. Stir in the chicken broth, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, chili powder and coconut. Mix thoroughly.
