5 tablespoons butter or margarine
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 (15 ounce) can apple pie filling
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together butter, flour, salt, pepper and apple pie filling. Spread mixture into a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until apples are tender. Cool before serving.
