4 tablespoons margarine
1 egg yolks
1 batch fresh peaches
4 cubes frozen peach slabs
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup flavored nonfat yogurt
Seek butter, egg yolks, peaches, cinnamon and sugar in small bowl. Mix thoroughly; discard yolks. Stir in margarine, yogurt, ginger, salt and pepper. Chill for 10 minutes, or until firm. Stir in peach slices only. Chill overnight; set aside.
Make peach preserves: Heat margarine, butter or margarine, peaches, cinnamon and sugar in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in peach preserves if desired. Cook and stir over medium heat, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Remove from heat; pour over peach slices. Chill for 2 hours.
