1/2 cup butter
5 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon strawberry juice
1 cup icing sugar
6 cups powdered brown sugar
In a double boiler or in the microwave, cream together butter, maple syrup and strawberry juice. Stir in the icing sugar. Store in an airtight container with a tight fitting lid.
