1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon paprika salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10x15 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, Swiss cheese, olive oil, garlic, paprika, paprika salt, egg, milk, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, sage, rosemary, garlic, onion and 1 tablespoon parsley. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink inside.
