2 cups water
1 cup margarine
4 slices bacon
1 (16 ounce) package tamarindos
1 large onion, diced
1 (3 ounce) package McCormick Mixer Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
Boil water, margarine, bacon and tamarindos in water for 5 minutes, or until well blended and doneness. Drain.
Place diced onion, mushroom and bacon in a large bowl. Add water, chili powder, seasoning and salt. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
