Andorra Napoleons Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1 egg, lightly beaten

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 tablespoons milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sprinkle cream cheese and sugar over bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan. Pour milk over cream cheese mixture.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until lightly browned. Cool completely; refrigerate for 4 hours. Let stand 1 hour before serving.

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sugar, milk, flour, egg, vanilla and milk. Bring to a slow boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add vanilla extract. Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center of pan comes out clean. Cool completely; cool completely. Stir in remaining 4 tablespoons of milk, stirring to bring to a heavy cream consistency. Cover; refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
