1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 1/3 cups milk
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1/4 cup chopped onion
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
Stir cream cheese and egg into milk. Mix briefly, then spoon cream mixture into prepared liners.
Top each cup with egg wash. Spoon cream mixture into prepared muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes. Remove from pans and immediately press the mixtures a little to firm. Allow to cool completely before removing from pans.
In a small bowl, sift together yogurt and remaining 1/3 cup of milk. Fold egg mixture into milk, spoon all sandwich food into the egg mixture.
