Threcup Cake II Recipe

Ingredients

3 large eggs, beaten

1 cup butter or margarine

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup powdered lemonade

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch pan. Sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda, set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter or margarine, sugar and vanilla. Beat in the melted butter mixture and flour mixture alternately with the lemonade. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool. For the frosting: Beat the flour mixture into the lemonade, then stir into the lemonade mixture alternately with the lemonade.

Cool cake completely. When cool, invert onto a platter. Serve with frosting tips. Enjoy!
