Chicken and Rice Tacos Recipe

Ingredients

12 ounces skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 cup water

1 (7 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers

6 ounces processed cheese food

1 (4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives

2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth

Directions

Preheat grill for high heat.

Place chicken breasts in a large bowl ; throw in water, chile peppers, and cheese. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Prepare chicken mixture as directed on package. Sprinkle chicken with olives and pour over chicken. Top with chicken mixture. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Stir in broth and heat through; serve hot.
