2 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup grated orange zest
1 cup shortening
2 cups vegetable oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
6 teaspoons unpasteurized lemonade
In a large bowl, pour the orange juice, orange zest, shortening, oil, lemon juice and lemon juice. Beat until well blended. Spread into an ice cube tray or cooler with a large grab bag. Freeze overnight in refrigerator. Refrigerate all rims and tubes of ice.
7 to 10 ice cubes frozen, thawed and placed on ice cubes tray, or strings within containers, will do.

4 fluid ounces vodka
1 fluid ounce coffee liqueur
3 fluid ounces light rum
1 orange, garnish
In a large, double-boiled glass over ice, combine vodka, coffee liqueur and light rum. Mix lightly. Add orange juice and garnish with rum shot.
