1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) package frozen hash brown onions, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsnips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, cream cheese, onion, garlic powder, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, hash brown onion, chopped green bell pepper, chopped green chile peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, bacon, green onions, onion rings, and bacon bits. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with cream cheese mixture, then with mozzarella mixture, then with mozzarella mixture, then with cheese mixture. Repeat layers and top with bacon bits. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture out over the entire pizza. Top with greens, bacon bits, bell pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, bacon, green onions, onion rings, spinach, mozzarella cheese, parsnips and bacon bits. Refrigerate until serving.
