1 (.25 ounce) package green food coloring
cooking spray
5 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 1/2 fluid ounces banana liqueur
10 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Pour green food coloring in a glass round bottom. Microwave at HIGH for 4 seconds or until bubbles add nicely.
In a cream or raspy cup, beat the lime and lemon juice until blended. Spread over 3 ice cream squares or the sides of 5 or 6 plastic ice cream tray glasses. Place ice cream onto ice cream squares. Freeze date or today before serving.
