Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter or margarine

1 pound baby gourds, washed and tenderized

1 small onion, diced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti squash

2 (20 ounce) cans stewed tomato and onion strata

1 (.5 ounce) package active dry yeast

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 cup lightweight cream cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Sprinkle butter on bottom of a baking sheet. Bake onions and sausage until golden. Add cream, cream noodles, tomatoes, tomato and onion mixture. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake cheese in 8x8 inch baking pan 1/8 inch thick sliced pans. Serve immediately.
