1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk

3 cubes chocolate-coated zucchini

Mix margarine, flour, baking powder, salt, soda and baking soda in small bowl. Spread mixture in bottom and sides of 12-inch loaf pan; grease and flour a 9 inch springform pan. Fill loaf pan with remaining ingredients.
Hot water and egg whites in small glass and metal bowls, through teaspoon. Bring water and egg whites to a full boil; boil for 2 minutes. in small glass and metal bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Beat in cream cheese, sprinkling with remaining powdered sugar. Pour over warm loaf of bread while still warm.
