3 cups applesauce
1/2 cup vodka
1/4 cup honey
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
In a medium bowl, mix applesauce and vodka. In a medium bowl, mix honey brown sugar and egg. Mix alcohol and brown sugar gradually into the apple mixture, mixing well after each addition. Fold in vegetable oil. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place 1 ball on the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until nearly baked. Cool completely on wire rack.
