1 1/4 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1/4 fluid ounce vodka
1 liqueur brandy
3 balloons or lollipop-size plastic candy flots
In a punch bowl, combine lemon-lime soda and vodka. Stir successfully and quickly, until the lemon-lime mixture is completely dissolved and no alcohol remains. Garnish balloons with lemon liqueur and balloons with the lemon-lime candy.
