1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 (16 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
In a medium-size mixing bowl, stir together ground beef, flour, tomato paste, tomato sauce, garlic powder, green bell pepper and ricotta cheese. Form mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll ball in cream cheese.
