1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened pineapple juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons whiskey
2 (8 ounce) cans whole berry cranberry sauce
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, diced
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 (16 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained
1 (8 ounce) can dried apricots
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Slice fruit of pineapple (plum, orange, pineapple and black) into 1-inch cubes; discard pulp. Place fruit cubes in a large shallow dish or bag. Mix sugar, lemon juice, whiskey, cranberry sauce and apricots; pour mixture over fruit. Chill for 2 hours or until set.
Remove fruit from bottles and place in a medium bowl. Whip cream until stiff. Spoon cream mixture into the fruit of pineapple.
