2 (12 ounce) cans black beans, diced
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 (16 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 onion, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon butter
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 (11 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained, or to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease top of a 9 inch skillet.
Season a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place corn on baking sheet. Mix together oil, black beans, onion, butter, cream cheese, corn, sodas, olives, and sliced chicken. Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 6 minutes, or until corn is tender.
