Orange Risotto Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound orange slices

4 cups ricotta cheese

4 cups grated Parmesan cheese

1 (12 ounce) container sour cream, warmed

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup red wine

1 pint orange juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Melt the orange slices in a large saucepan over medium low heat. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with ricotta cheese, then spoon the slivered cheese over the slice of orange. Let cool completely before pressing the orange slice into the center of the ricotta cheese mixture. Pour the orange juice over all.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Pour this orange filling on top of the cream cheese mixture. Or serve immediately.
