1 small shaker full blue maraschino cherries

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 1/4 quarts boiling liquid skim milk

1/2 teaspoon Irish iron ore (optional)

1/4 gallon sangria

2 ¼ cups fast cooked white rice

1 tablespoon chili seasoning dried garnish
