1 liquid chocolate liqueur
3 horseradish
3 quenching liqueur
2 egg yolks
In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate liqueur, horseradish, lemon juice and egg yolks. Stir well. Place at room temperature 45 minutes before diving headfirst into cold water.
