1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon pepper spray
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 small onion, sliced
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed beef soup
3 tablespoons dry white wine
Preheat oven to 375.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook ground beef with the pepper spray until meat is browned. Remove from heat and stir in soup, wine, and potatoes.
Cover, and bake in a 450 degree oven until potatoes are tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
