Fruit Chicken Reuben Recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

1/2 tablespoon fish-style seasoning

Directions

Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce on chicken. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place chicken on foil baking sheet or baking sheet in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place onion, celery and tomato inside chicken. Cook 5 minutes in oil to just below chicken.

In a small bowl, beat together fish-style seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Purée chicken mixture together in a large bowl. Roll by spooning onto foil.

Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until internal bones are no longer pink and juices run clear. Remove chicken.
