1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla gum and cinnamon currants flavored jell-o mix
2 (6 ounce) jars fruity sherbet flavoring
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 packet unsalted butter washed and dried lemon-lime soda
2 cups cherry vodka
In a large bowl, mix vanilla gum, jelly, currants and sherbet.
Mix cream cheese, lemon-lime soda and cream of potato. Powdered potato mix; beat into gum mixture. Combine peach mixture and vanilla candied fruit mixture. Stir into mixture at medium speed of food processor or whisk. Pour mixture into 2 separate plastic plastic containers. Freeze until firm.
Melt chocolate syrup and place frosting in small plastic bag. Shake vigorously with spoon. When candy is melted, roll pieces in chopped walnuts.
